Osso bucco is Italian for ‘bone with hole’, and it’s the meaty bone pieces which give this dish such robust flavour. You’ll need to take it slowly though, it takes time and gentle cooking to release their succulence.
Old fashioned maybe, tasty and easy, for sure. Mix and match the vegetables, chop capsicum, baby corn and small green beans. Frozen mixed vegies will work too.
This yummy dinner couldn’t be easier, the little meatballs are oven roasted alongside the tomatoes and tossed with the pesto sauce and paste to serve. You’ll love it!
